Direct mail user recapture campaign

The Challenge: Lapsed Google Classroom users were reverting to paper-based workflows. Google for Education needed to re-engage educators beyond the overcrowded inbox with something tangible and actionable in their physical classroom environments.

The Strategic Approach: Led creation of a physical direct mail campaign to bridge the analog-to-digital gap. Developed a multi-component package (desk-ready user guide, personalized letter, function-focused posters, illustrated stickers), transforming passive outreach into an active learning tool.

What I Delivered:

  • Core campaign concept and client pitch strategy

  • Creative direction for package scope and all components

  • Copywriting oversight, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity

  • Design collaboration, maintaining campaign theme across assets

The Impact: Direct mail package enabled in-classroom learning without screen fatigue, meeting educators in their physical working environment.
